if you cannot attend our country-western dinner and dance party,
but would still like to participate in our auction, here's what to do:

• Send an e-mail to tasp@tellurideadaptivesports.org requesting a bid number. Basic contact info and a credit card number will be required to get a bid number.
  
  
• Once you receive your bid number via e-mail, reply to that message with your list of items that you would like to bid on,
  your opening bid and a maximum bid for each of those items.
  
  
• The event staff will make sure your bid is progressively represented during the evening at the Opera House (much as it works on eBay). In other words, we'll increase your bid as necessary until we reach your maximum on a given item.
  
  
• You will be notified after the auction if you won any of the items and will be asked to make payment at that time. Please be advised that you will also be obligated to pay for any packing and shipping charges for items that need to be shipped to you. No items will be shipped or released until full payment is received.
