Book Premier promoting Autism Awareness
September 2, 2020 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Telluride Library and TASP are proud to present the Book Launch of The Seed of Imagination!
Join Telluride local and mother of a local adaptive participant Aggie Unda for a talk and signing for her new book at the beautiful Transfer Warehouse!
Aggie says: This is a work of fiction inspired by my two children. My son is in the autism spectrum and many of the experiences lived throughout this adventure are based on my life as an autism mum, what I see, think and feel go through his mind as we experience this wonderful world together. The relationship full of love and patience my beautiful daughter has with her brother and how magical their imagination is. The story is narrated by our main character who is in the autism spectrum and will take you on an adventure of what is happening inside his mind.
After more than 20 years in theatre, as a performer, director, producer and playwright, Aggie finds passion for writing and creating new worlds through the written word.
*Music by Aggie’s husband Alberto Mejía. If you have not heard Alberto Mejía yet, this is your opportunity. His powerful voice has captivated many people all over Latin America and the USA.
