Volunteers are the heart, soul, and backbone of our organization; they are the key to success with the participants that we serve.  Over 150 volunteers generously contribute their time to TASP in many forms, whether that be sharing their passion for snow sports, engaging in summer adventures with participants, facilitating special events and fundraisers, or lending a hand in the office.  We are extremely grateful for our dedicated volunteer base; without it, our program would not exist.

SO, HOW DO YOU GET INVOLVED?

We are (almost) always accepting new volunteers!

We are excited for your interest in joining the TASP community through volunteering.

Summer Volunteers

If you are interested in volunteering next summer, you may also send us a quick email to let us know. We will offer a number of sport specific trainings in late May and throughout June on how to best assist our participants in activities such as flatwater canoeing/kayaking, rock climbing, and biking as well as First Aid and CPR certification classes. Trainings will be posted in calendar form at the bottom of the Current Instructor page and you may register for them on our Training Portal. Other opportunities that will be available include hiking, horseback riding, fishing, jeeping, rafting, inclusion lessons, overnight campouts, and more! We encourage all of our instructors to be First Aid and CPR certified and require this certification of all summer Lead Instructors.

For more information, please contact volunteer@tellurideadaptivesports.org or 970-728-2443. Thank you!
