- Program & Training Manager, full-time year-round – The Telluride Adaptive Sports Program is actively seeking a full-time year-round Program & Training
Manager. This is a position strategically targeted for an individual who can, for the benefit of the entire TASP community, positively and professionally join our team at a mid-level leadership position with future opportunities for advancement. Primary responsibilities include management within TASP’s training programs, winter and summer. Also includes managing TASP’s specialty camps, programs and veteran initiatives. Being able to work within a strong and dedicated team as well as having a keen skillset in policy related decision making and promotes a risk management culture are a must. Responsibilities fall both in the field (day and multi-day programs) and in the office, angled at being a visible leader in our community of instructors and a strong voice in the daily and future management of TASP’s progressively natured programs. Compensation $45-$60,000 depending on experience and credentials. Preferred Adaptive Alpine Level 3 certification but Level 2 certification with strong lesson resume considered. Extensive adaptive mountain bike coaching and leading as well as multi-day mobile trip leading experience a must.
