We invite you to get involved in our winter ski & snowboard program! We offer adaptive lessons and equipment for all ability levels.
Lessons
All lessons are available in a one-on-one or a small group setting. A team of professional adaptive instructors and trained volunteers are available to meet your needs. On-snow volunteers accompany all sit-down skiers and those needing additional assistance during and after the lesson. Ski-buddy services are available for independent skiers and guiding services are available for hearing or visually-impaired skiers. It is recommended to book lessons at least one month prior to your scheduled visit so TASP can ensure lesson availability and appropriate skill level.
***Please Note: TASP is proud to be an intentionally smaller adaptive snowsports program. This allows us to customize your experience at TASP with a high level of individualized customer service. In doing so, we have a limited number of adaptive instructors per day, especially during high visitation times. Please try to make your reservation as soon as possible, reservations are taken on a first come, first serve basis. Last minute requests or adjustments are extremely difficult to accommodate, our staff will work hard to accommodate all your lesson requests but at times they may not all be possible.

Winter/Summer Cancellation & Illness Policy
Students are expected to stay home and not participate in TASP programs if they are sick. General cold and flu-like symptoms are challenging to distinguish from COVID-19 and we appreciate you joining us in our commitment to health and safety. TASP will gladly give a credit towards a future activity in Summer 2023 or fully refund the activity cost if the participant cancels because of illness. If a participant arrives at TASP with or presents through the activity with health symptoms that do not meet our shared Health Information standards, the participant will be sent home with no monetary refund, exceptions may apply.
Down payments of $25/lesson ($100/lesson if private) are nonrefundable, unless a participant is ill and communicates this to our staff in advance of the lesson. Otherwise, if you cancel within 48 hours of the start of your scheduled lesson, then you will be charged 1/2 of your lesson cost. If you do not call nor do you show up for your scheduled lesson, you will automatically be charged the full lesson amount the day of your scheduled lesson.
TASP charges a seasonal, one-time, truly nonrefundable $10 registration fee.
If you feel you will be late to your lesson (even by 5 min), please call the office at 970-728-5010 to let us know so we can pass that on to your instructor(s) for the day. If we have not heard from you by 15 min after your lesson start time we will attempt to give you a call. If no contact has been made by 30 min after your lesson start time then we will cancel the lesson and it is considered a “no call/no show” meaning the full lesson cost is forfeited.
In the event that TASP cancels your lesson(s) we will gladly refund any down payment(s) previously processed (exempt $10 registration fee). This may be due to County health orders, staffing constraints due to illness, as well as ‘other’ events determined by TASP that are to the discretion of TASP considered intolerable high risk in accordance with the TASP risk management plan.
Cancellation of any trips booked with a partnering organization will be subject to the partnering organization and communicated to participants at the time of booking.
If you have any questions please contact the office at 970-728-3865.
